At BRAVE | A NICU Tribe, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our products are custom printed just for you through Printify’s print-on-demand service, please review our return guidelines carefully.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Simply changing your mind

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nicuxbrave@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a video clearly showing the issue

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed as store credit or returned to your original payment method after verification.

  • Refunds for lost orders or returned-to-sender packages will cover the product price only.
