Welcome to BRAVE | A NICU Tribe. By accessing or using our website nicuxbrave.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

 

1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase from this Site.

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

  • You agree not to misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful material.

 

2. Products and Orders

  • BRAVE offers custom printed products fulfilled by our third-party provider, Printify, on a made-to-order basis.

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

  • We strive to display products and colors as accurately as possible; however, actual product appearance may vary due to device settings and printing limitations.

  • Prices and product details may change without prior notice.

 

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other third-party payment providers.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, accurate purchase and account information.

  • You authorize us or our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order including shipping, taxes, and fees.

 

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Please see our dedicated Return Policy page for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Because products are custom printed per order by Printify, returns for size/color changes or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site including logos, graphics, text, images, and designs related to BRAVE are the property of BRAVE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Site without prior written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAVE and its affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
